Mrs. Elizabeth Potter, 89, of Wedowee died Saturday, December 16, 2023, at Tanner Medical Center, Wedowee. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 21, 2023, at Vines Funeral Home Chapel at 1:00 p.m. (CST) with Elder Thomas Knight officiating. Public viewing and visitation with the family will be from 12:00 p.m. until the funeral hour in the Chapel. Interment will be in the Bethlehem Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, Wedowee.
Mrs. Potter is survived by her two sons: Willie (Ester) Potter and James (Ezell) Potter both of Wedowee; six grandchildren: Derrick Potter, Carrollton, GA, Stephanie (Zay) O’Neal, Acworth, GA, Jason O’Neal, Spokane, WA, Jamie Potter, Quincy (Kayla) Potter and Jerome Potter all of Wedowee; seven great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
